World Plone Day 2010

World Plone Day is a worldwide event to promote and educate the worldwide public about of the benefits of using Plone in education, government, ngos, and in business. The 2010 event in the Texas area will be hosted by Enfold Systems at Stag's Head Pub.

World Plone Day logoThe Plone open source software community is holding its 3rd annual World Plone Day (WPD) on April 28, 2010.  WPD is a day of events held around the globe to spread awareness of Plone, a free and open source Internet publishing system that combines web content management, social software, collaboration and enterprise portal features. 

Enfold Systems will host this FREE event for the Texas area at Stag's Head Pub in Houston.  Plone co-founder Alan Runyan will talk about the upcoming Plone 4 release, along with other Plone related topics presented by Enfold Systems staff.  Attendees are invited to give 5 minute "lightning talks" about their use of Plone, or interesting topics related to Plone.
